Room description

Well equipped student house close to university, Uplands shopping center and 20 minute walk into the center of the city.

Five bed roomed house with weekly room rents from £51 to £60, water, internet and TV licence included in rent.

Two rooms currently available and all enquiries welcome.

The house is located on a quiet residential road with little through traffic, although close to the main bus route. The Uplands shopping center with Sainsbury, Tesco, Boots, newsagents, pubs, wine bars and cafés are 2 minutes walk away, while the university is only 15 minutes. If you need a little more of a retail fix, then town center is 20 minutes walk or a 5 minutes bus ride, or alternatively the 100 acres of open space of Singleton Park and the 5 miles beach are equally as close.

The 5 double bedrooms rooms are fully furnished with Ikea furniture consisting of bed, bedside unit, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The Ikea kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, gas hob with extractor hood, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, 2 large fridge/freezers and microwave oven and each student has a full height larder for food storage. The house is wired for full TV, FM, telephone and internet access in every room. The living room has adequate seating for 5 persons and has a flat screen TV with free view. All Rooms are networked - meaning you can share broadband throughout the house. The network come complete with router and allows you to link computers together to share resources.

The house is fully registered with the local authority and complies with all requirements of the 2004 Housing Act.

We are looking to rent the whole of the property to a group of people that know each other, preferably with some who have lived together before, however a group of less than 5 and individuals welcome provided they are willing to share communal facilities.

Groups taking the whole house can share the 'whole house monthly rent' as they see fit between the rooms, this must be agreed by all tenants. The tenancy agreement will be joint thus allowing one TV license to apply to the whole house.

The landlord is responsible for the payment of water rates and TV Licence.

Viewings can be arranged at convenient time to you and the present tenants.
