buses serve Richmond, Clapham and beyond. The trains from Putney station, which is only a 8 minutes’ walk away, are a commuters dream, taking just 13 minutes to reach Waterloo.

Your flat-mate:

You will share the flat with Dave, a young English professional, who is extremely easy to get along with and is just a pleasure to live with! The flat and Dave are both fantastic! ;-)


The moving in date is flexible though ideally I am looking for someone to move in a.s.a.p. but can wait for the right person as late as 1 November if it needs be.


The rent is £1000 pcm for single person occupancy (£1150 for a couple).

All bills excluded (£110 some single occupancy / £220 for couples).

1 month’s deposit and references (previous landlord and work) required.

The flat is very tidy and clean and I would expect anyone who comes to live in it to contribute to keep it this way... I can understand if you are busy and can't/don't want to be involved with the cleaning but then I would expect you to sort out a cleaner for example to ensure the same high level of cleanness is kept throughout your tenancy.
