Room description

An unusual option has arisen in that we have two rooms, a double and a single, that we would like to rent to a single person, in a clean, shared, house, conveniently close to the College Lane campus of the University of Hertfordshire, all the Hatfield amenities and the A1. The rooms are ideal for a single person who wants to sleep in one room and perhaps work or excercise or do something in another. It would suit someone who loves value for money, comfort , space and convenience.

The main room is furnished and contains a new double bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk, chair, plain carpets and plain walls. The room overlooks the front garden . The second room is adjacent; it has just been refurbished and at present is a blank canvass, overlooking the back garden. Both rooms are joined by a private corridor and are separated from the rest of the house through an arch offering privacy and space..

All modern conveniences are supplied including the fastest, unlimited Broadband/Internet; double glazing, gas central heating and constant hot water. Communal facilities include a well stocked kitchen, with all necessary utensils and appliances, including washing machine, fridges, freezers, hoover, microwave, etc and ample storage. The house also benefits from having a dining room. Parking for up to two cars is available on the driveway. The garden is attended by a gardener.

The rooms are offered together for rent at an inclusive price of £560 which includes all bills except for the council tax which is shared by the four occupants in the house.
