Bubbly outgoing up 4 a laugh landlord looking 4 clean,tidy good personality lodger.All use of appliances and bills included in rent.currently have virgin media installed,land line,broadband and digital T.V.This may come at extra cost if wanted.Am thinking of cancelling virgin contract because ex girlfriend was only one that used it.Have a large garden,conservatory that seats 6-8 comfortably around table.Large lounge area with double sofa bed in case of unexpected stop overs plus other sofa seats 3 easily.Smokers welcome as i am one myself but no smoking in house only outside conservatory door.
