I've worked hard to create a home for all housemates and all rooms are nicely decorated. The communual areas have everything you could need and the cost of the room is inclusive of all bills including broadband internet connection. There's off road parking and additional parking opposite the house. It's safe and secure as it's at the end of the cul-de-sac. It's a short 5 minute drive to either the centre of town or the M27 junction 8 (which is beside a massive Tesco superstore). Also it's a 2 minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch the 1 or 1a to the city centre which takes approx 20 minutes.

It's a five minute walk to the shore (and the sailing club) and there are plenty of nice parks around for you walk or jog. And if you fancy getting fit one of Southampton council's leisure centres is also a five minute walk away.

Currently one male professional in the house (who tends to spend most weekends in London). and searching for a tenant for another room (slightly bigger, and available now) at the moment

They'd love to have someone move in who would fit in with the clean and tidy house. A household who enjoy socialising and also value their peace and quiet.
