Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi there, i'm a live-in landlord with a room available in the abbeydale/woodseats area of sheffield.

The house is situated just off a major bus route and it will take about 10 mins by bus/car into the city centre, there is also good parking in the area. The house has been newly renovated and decorated throughout and has a clean and modern feel with brand new kitchen and bathroom.

The room is a good sized single room but has plenty of space for a large bed if wanted. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. wi-fi internet is available throughout the house and is included in the price.

The house will be shared with two other people. Myself and one other, both professional males mid-late 20s. Both are friendly and easy going, into music, films, comedy, going out etc.

The rent is £350pcm which includes all bills aswell as tv/internet.
