Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi there, Myself and my boyfriend have a large townhouse in Withington, just off Parrs Wood Road. Don't let that put you off immediately as we're not at all touchy feely in public- you can quiz our current housemates to check! The house itself is 3 floors with a shared kitchen (washer/dryer, dishwasher, gadgets galore!), dining room, living room and toilet downstairs. The middle floor has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with bath/shower and office. We have the top floor with en-suite so the middle floor would be yours to share with our other housemate. The bedrooms are fully furnished and modern. We also have a decked/paved garden with BBQ and heater. The room would ideally suit a young professional, either male or female. We tend to be quite busy people between work, gym and socialising but enjoy having a friendly house where we can all chill out together or head out from time to time. I'm 28 and a Physio and my boyfriend, Phil, is 29 and doing Aero Engineering at Manchester. Our other flatmate is a 24yr old female who's a radiotherapist. Our house is a 10 min walk to Mauldeth Road station which is one stop from Manchester Piccadilly and plenty of bus routes within walking distance, so excellent for getting around without having to pay for city centre parking! Its also only 5 mins to Didsbury for a local nightlife. There's plenty of on road parking available for cars as well. We're really flexible on length of contract, happy with either short or longer term. In a nutshell this would suit a tidy, friendly, chilled out but independent person who's looking for a happy home. The rent is 410 pcm with all bills included (house insurance, council tax, phone, wireless internet, full sky + tv, water, electricity, gas etc) and all household "stuff"..
