Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi my name is Anna and I'm looking for a flatmate.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chair and bedside table. It has laminate flooring. The location of the flat is in-between Palatine and Burton road in Withington, it’s a couple of minutes from the shops and on a direct bus journey to the city centre with a bus stop meters away. There is a garage which could be used for a car or bike. The flat is on the ground floor, surrounded by some grass and trees.

In case of allergies - I have a cat. I am a vegetarian, but I don't mind if my flatmate isn't. I’m 18 and taking a gap year before going to university so ideally like to share with a younger person like a student, preferably female.

The rent is £350/month including bills. (Gas, electricity, water, service charge, TV licence). I currently don’t have internet but would be willing to get it if required and then split the bill.
