Preferred room and flatmate description

I Have a double room, which is available immedietly and is £400 per month which includes bills and wireless internet! Very near to amenities, pubs and restaurants and main bus routes but far enough to be a quiet neighbourhood.

It is a lovely light cheery room with a double wooden bed, colour TV and a large canvas wardrobe.

Im a Finance Manager with a bit of a party side on the weekends although Im very respectful and im not noisy. Im also very clean, tidy and down to earth and Im looking for a like minded chilled, down to earth person to share my flat with. Must be professional - references will be checked.

The only pet I have is my indoor cat, who is very welcoming, firendly and loving.

PS the details state that I am looking for gay and lesbians but I am not fussed with gender or sexual orientation and I have emailed easy room mate to get them to look at as I am not able to change that on my ad for some bazaar reason!!
