Two cosy rooms are offered for female students and interns, the house is located in a safe area of London. it is a large four bedroomed semi detached property with its own parking which is situated in a safe leafy suburb.
Winchmore Hill is a lovely area and it is rich in local restaurants and pleasant shops, or a brisk walk will take you to the local sainsburys for all of your major shopping.
Travel from my home is easy as only a short walk away is Winchmore Hill overland railway station with direct access into central London this will carry you into King's cross or moorgate. Also from my doorstep by bus and underground (tube line Piccadilly) the journey takes approximately forty minutes to arrive at King's cross-station.
I offer a comfortable non-smoking house with its own garden and an ample supply of hot water plus full central heating. There is a large screen television with a Blu ray player in the communal lounge. Plus there is a specific room set aside for your laundry and the storage of your suitcases and clothes.
You might wish to supply your own linen and towelling, or i can supply a pack for you at no extra charge, you would also have the use of the washing machine cooker microwave etcetera, and including wireless internet.
I can also supply the rental of a mobile phone for a small charge of ten pounds. This is excluding all call and sim card charges.
The rent for each room is ninety pounds a week, which equates to three hundred and ninety pounds for a calendar month. There is a deposit of one months rent and the utility bills and council tax bills are free.
I live fairly peacefully here as the house is large enough to offer both friendship and privacy, and i am looking for guests to enjoy a safe happy stay here.
