Single room with single bed with large drawers, hanging rail, desk, shelves, bedside table and chair.
10mins walk to Wimbledon station (District Line, overground & tram), bus stops at the top of the road serving Wimbledon, Tooting & Kingston.
Sharing with easy-going female owner who tends to stay in & watch TV in the evenings, but happy to share the remote.
BT Vision & wireless broadband (not unlimited).
Kitchen has washer/dryer but no microwave.
Not state of the art but everyone says it's homely.
Parking is residents immediately outside, meter parking is available and permits available for a small additional charge.
