The house has been recently refurbished and has good facilities. It's very spacious, plenty of room. Willington is a good area. It's clean, tidy and relaxing. There is wireless broadband and Sky. Willington is ideally placed very near to the A38 and A50 so you can get pretty much anywhere fast. It's 5 minutes to Toyota. Also about 10 to Burton and Derby. It's 15 minutes to the airport (EMA). There is off-street parking, laundry, internet and all bills are included in the rent.
