This is not a house "share". I am a live-in landlord and this remains, primarily, our family home. But my son and I are very friendly, welcoming and easy going. (My son's 9 but the household age range wouldn't go down that far!)

For an additional fee, garage space can be made available.
For an additional weekly amount, breakfast and evening meal can be provided.
Must like pets and tolerate a well-behaved child.
