Nicely furnished double room to let (including parking space) in quite centrally heated detached 3 bed house in Wickford area. The room is fully furnished with king bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers with shared kichen & bathroom. WiFi is available and rent includes council tax, water, gas and electricity bills (excluding phone). SORRY NO PETS!!!
I am a professional working in the London area looking for a friendly likewise professional non smioker who is easy to live with and who is willing to clean up. I will be the only other person living in this well maintained house which is within 10 minutes walk of the local railway station which provides access to London in 35 minutes.
