Property maintenance operative, looking to rent, not too small a room. I am easy going, very clean and tidy. Due to my occupation, some garage or storage space for tools would be required, as i don't keep all tools in my van constantly. I like to keep fit, and often cycle or run. However, i also have the occasional cigarette also. I would consider doing jobs around the house in exchange for a negociated rent. I am fully experienced in kitchen and bathroom fitting, plumbing, tiling, decorating, carpentry and landscaping.
