Hi, I have a double bedroom available in my two-bedroom house.
The house is in a safe, quiet residential road with easy parking. Supermarket is 2 minute walk, local shops are 1 minute walk and include newsagent, hairdresser, chinese and indian take-aways. Bus stop at the end of the road gives access to city centre and University.
The room is a large double (16ft x 11ft), with fireplace, double-glazing, radiator, 3 wardrobes, new carpets and curtains. The bedroom has unlimited wireless broadband access. The rent is £300pm + £50pm bills = £350 pm in total.
I am looking for male or female, aged 20 - 40 who is a non-smoker (or is prepared to smoke outside in the garden). Looking for someone easy-going, chilled out and friendly.
NB: The room is not available for couples, sorry.
