I am offering one double room to rent out, however you will have the entire house to yourself apart from one weekend per month. I am looking for around £400pcm, this includes all bills and fast wireless internet. The property is a 2 bedroom maisonette in whitley Bay, fully furnished and decorated with a balcony, a car park, a garden and outside storage space.
