We have a sunny and comfortable double room available in our large, bright house. We are situated in Llandaff North - a short walk from Llandaff and Whitchurch Village. It's a 3 minute walk to Llandaf train station and a short cycle into the centre of Cardiff, along the river.
The room is sunny and bright with sanded wooden floorboards. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is also a small TV in the room and Ipod docking radio, if required.
We have a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, bright and sunny dining room, wireless internet, virgin TV and Wii. We have a garden shed for storing bits and bobs and there is a bike storage cupboard inside for any keen cyclists. The house has a large grassy garden with washing line, BBQ and outdoor furniture. We have two rabbits (Megatron and Bumblebee!) who live permanently outside. There is plenty of parking on the road for car owners.
My partner Giles and I own and live in the house. Giles and I are both friendly, easygoing and considerate people and we always try to make our lodgers feel as welcome as possible. We are both 28 years of age, and enjoy cycling, walking and camping among other things. We are not a 'coupley' couple at all, and Giles normally works away a few nights a week, so I'll be glad for other company!!
The room is available for friendly and considerate housemates around 20-35 years old. Rent is £400 inclusive of Council Tax and all bills.
