I have a lovely large room for rent with ensuite toliet in a modern house in the Heath area of Cardiff. The room would suit a student as the other tenants are all students- both postgrads and undergrads. The house has recently been decorated to an extremely high standard, with wooden floorboards, new kitchen, lovely carpets etc throughout and has modern furnishings throughout. The house has seperate living room and kitchen and 2 bathrooms and private off road parking.
The house is in a great location. It is under 5 mins walk to the heath hospital, and 10 mins to UWIC and main university. It is 15 mins on bus into city centre and 5 mins by car from the m4.
The local area is really friendly, it has loads of nice restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs etc nearby.
The rent is 200 pounds per month, and bills are plit between tenants-usually about 20 pounds per month per tenant.
