I'm looking for a professional to share a clean, quiet and lovely house in Whimple, on the outskirts of Exeter. I'm easy going and work and study part-time. You would have own bedroom and bath/shower room, sharing the kitchen, dining area and gardens. The house is a converted stable with usual modern amenities, wireless internet and parking outside the house. Whimple is a lovely unspoilt village with 2 good pubs walking distance from the house, glorious country walks and easy access to M5/A30, Exeter Airport, Exeter city and surrounding East Devon areas. The village train into Exeter takes only 12 mins (couple of hours to London), and there's a village bus to Sidmouth/Exeter and other local areas. Part week, or Monday to Friday's also welcome.
