Preferred room and flatmate description

Large double room, in a large flat. It is a 3 bed house, 2 girls here, looking for someone to move in in January. Don't mind which sex. Homely, friendly atmosphere, were quite social and have friends around. Looking for someone who is relaxed and enjoys socialising.

The room has two windows on one side of the room, lets lots of light in. Tall ceilings, includes all bedroom furniture, bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, old fashioned basic furniture. Closed fire place with mantel piece, one built in wardrobe one free standing.

The flat has a separate toilet and large bathroom. Large kitchen with a table, good sized living room, phone line, internet and Virgin on Demand tv set up. Lots of space in hallway with bookshelves and cupboards. Open to change with things in flat if all agreed.
