Property has been completely refurbished over the last 6 months ,decorated and recarpeted to accept both long stay or short stay .This property is a Bed and Breakfast accommodation . We cater for both mature students and professional people on short term and longer term up to approx 6 months. There is no minimum stay. We are happy to take booking for one or two nights ,
dependant on our availability. Price rates vary dependant on size of room and amenities , but all following prices include self-service continental type breakfast for you to enjoy at your own convenience. Every effort is made to cater for guest's dietary needs and specific requests. Breakfast is available in main top floor kitchen. Property location information : No more than 5 minutes walking distance to bus stops on Withington Road . Services every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday 7. 00 am till 11. 00 am approx ( Sunday every hour ) to and from ALTRINCHAM - SALE - CHORLTON - MANCHESTER. ( Moss Lane East/Princess Road, Oxford Rd/University Shopping Ctr, and Piccadilly Gardens ). Easy access into Chorlton where there are a multitude of bars and cafes/ supermarket and variety of shops / banks etc .5-10 minutes walk to market style Cash and Carry
, and also 15-20min walk to , Netto supermarket
