Double bedroom (about 14'x13') with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobes. The flat is located 2 mins from Victoria station (SW1V 1AA) and close to all amenities. The prospective tenant will share it with two professional guys (dutch and french). The rent of £900/month includes cleaning lady who comes once a week. Council tax (the lowest in London), electricity, gas, water, phone & broadband to be shared among the three flatmates.
On some weekends, you'll have the whole flat to yourself. Occasional guests are welcome, but please note that it is not a party house.
The move in date is flexible, i.e. anytime from end of November onwards is ok.
