I am looking for a non-smoker with no pets & no children. I want someone who is clean, considerate, easy to get along with, not loud and trustworthy. Before moving in I require: 1 month rent in advance, 1 month damage deposit (refundable when you leave), 1 picture proof of I. D. (driving license/passport), 1 proof of previous address (utility bill), proof of employment (pay slip/ letter from employer) and 1 character reference.
