I have 1 spare bedroom in a high spec property AVAILABLE TO RENT NOW. The room is furnished to a high standard including double bed, wardrobe, TV/DVD/CD/radio player with built in Freeview. The property has a modern kitchen containing a dishwasher, oven, cooker and all modern conveniences. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, drying racks, ironing board & iron. The rent is £867 per calendar month (£200 per week) inclusive of all bills. The property is just 5 minutes walk from Pimlico tube station and comes with a garden and barbeque. The property comes complete with a home gym.
I am looking for a non-smoker with no pets & no children. I want someone who is clean, considerate, easy to get along with, not loud and trustworthy. Before moving in I require: 1 month rent in advance, 1 month damage deposit (refundable when you leave), 1 picture proof of I. D. (driving license/passport), 1 proof of previous address (utility bill), proof of employment (pay slip/ letter from employer) and 1 character reference. The rent is inclusive of all utility bills (gas, water, electricity, council tax, TV license) and is also inclusive of wireless broadband internet.
THIS ROOM IS NOT ENSUITE, YOU HAVE TO SHARE A BATHROOM WITH JUST ONE PERSON, WHO IS VERY VERY CLEAN!
