I'm a PhD researcher in Headingley looking to share with sociable and considerable housemates. I like most outdoor sports (running, climbing, mountain biking and kayaking), have travelled extensively and don't watch much TV. I have quite a hefty workload at uni so need somewhere quiet enough to work but I also like to spend time socialising with others so I would prefer to live in a house that feels like home and not somewhere I'm simply lodging.

I'd like to live in a fairly quiet area within Meanwood, Far Headingley or Adel/Lawnswood. I need a very large double room as I need a big desk to work on my PhD some days in addition to needing a lot of storage in the room or access to a box room/dry basement for my outdoor gear. I also need somehwere to keep my bike such as a secure garage or dry cellar.
