I'm 28 years old, work fairly long hours so would be around evenings and weekends only. I am looking for a friendly, clean and considerate housemate to replace the lovely girl who currently lives here. Price includes all bills.

On the bus route to St Helens Hospital (10 mins), Whiston Hospital (10 mins), Prescot, Liverpool and town centre.

The room is furnished, toasty warm (brand new radiator) has wireless broadband. You'd have full access to all communal parts of the house.
