Hi there!
I have got a large room for rent overlooking Bournemouth Town Square. It is in a spacious 6 bedroom flat, shared with two boys and three girls (all uni students and lovely housemates). It is a first floor flat, overlooking directly onto the square and the park (the room has a massive window to one side). There is two shower rooms and one large bathroom. Also, a kitchen (with washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, table etc), a sitting room with huge comfy sofas and a large entrance hall. The room comes furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, shelf and 2 bedside cabinets). Rent is £350 per month (all bills included except electric) and is now a nine month contract. This is a lovely flat to live in with fantastic housemates and an amazing location (just on top of New Look and La Tasca). The room is available now.
