The house is situated in a quiet residential street just off of a main road and is only one minutes walk from Sudbury Hill tube station (Piccadilly Line Zone 4) and only two minutes walk from the similarly named Sudbury Hill Harrow train station (Chiltern Railway) from which there are direct links into Marylebone Central London (within 15 minutes).
Most amenities are only 2-3 minutes walk from the house including: a variety of convenience stores; supermarket; cash point; post office; places to eat; a dental surgery; florist - 2 in actual fact as well as a David Lloyd Fitness centre…The street is also very well lit at night!
The house provides shared facilities including:

The rooms are most suitable for a non-smoking professional or student with a mature outlook.
The chances are that you would be sharing the large 4 bedroom house with myself – a trainee lawyer with a background in medicine and one, possibly two others - precisely who really depends on when you are looking to move.

NB: I am able to offer accommodation for any duration - from 1 month through to 12 months and more. However, I would prefer to let the rooms for a longer duration (at least 3 months) and the precise rate I am able to offer is primarily subject to the duration of your 'minimum stay'.
