Preferred room and flatmate description
Hello! Nice, normal housemate needed as lodger in 3 bed home! To live with resident landlord and one existing lodger. Ideally looking for someone to stay at least 6 months, but will consider shorter lets.
We are really enthusiastic to hear from anyone who is prepared to treat us and the house with respect, easy going but prepared to pull their weight with chores, clean up after themselves and generally be considerate of other housemates - we promise the same in return!
We're both easy-going and friendly but also like to have our own space at times too. The house is generally pretty quiet, we both work full time and like to chill out in the evening with TV or DVD and the occasional bowl of popcorn! Hobbies include cooking, reading, music, cinema, dance, martial arts, art, eating cake and gossiping :o)
The house is off Smithdown Road, towards the Allerton end. Close to shops and public transport, on the 86/699 route, but far enough down the road to avoid the traffic noise of Smithdown! Roadside parking. We're close to Lifestyles Wavertree and near to Wavertree, Greenbank and Sefton Parks.
The room available is the front downstairs room. It is a lovely, good sized room, laminate floor, very light & airy, but with heavy "blackout" curtains so you can get a good sleep! Room is fully furnished with double bed.
Rent includes wireless 10mb broadband throughout the house and Sky + TV in living room. There is the possibility to .have a sky box in the bedroom if wished, I think this is around £10 a month extra + setup charge.
Bathroom is newly fitted (within last 3 years) including bath & separate electric shower. GCH, double glazed, conservatory and yard.
All bills included; Gas, elec, water, tv licence, council tax, broadband, sky+ TV in living room, phone line (excluding call charges). All you will need on top of rent is your own contents insurance.
