We have a double room available in a 4 bed student house in Cretan Road with 3 male LJMU students who are sporty and into computer games! The room costs £325 which includes all bills: gas, electricity, water, internet and cable TV which also includes sky sports. This room is available from 1 August until the end of July 2013 and might suit a male and / or sporty student or similar. The house is located in the Smithdown Road area of Liverpool. This area is popular with students because it has lots of pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes and take aways as well as plenty of shops. The house is within 15 minutes walking distance of the universities and has a new IKEA kitchen as well as a spacious lounge with a flatscreen TV where you can enjoy premier league football!!!!
