I am a professional who works at Liverpool Uni who is looking for only one other person to share a large 3 bedroom house with. It is situated just off Smithdown Road, 2 minutes from Penny Lane. I have fully furnished the house and there is a double spare room for visitors, large dining room, as well as 2 bathrooms. Only £450 per month (all bills included).
