Preferred room and flatmate description

We are currently looking for a new housemate to replace one who moved out a few weeks ago for a new job in manchester. The house is currently being extensively redecorated, hence the delay in availability, however we expect the place to be finished by the end of next week and are keen to get someone in for then. 'We' consists of me and my housemate (there are only 2 of us) and we are both working professionals (9-5 mainly).

We are both fairly laid back, outgoing, and easy to get along with and are really looking for someone along similar lines. We are both neat & tidy, and respectful of other peoples property & privacy.
