The house is comfortable with all mod cons and shared lounge (digital tv/dvd/comfy sofas/broadband), fully fitted kitchen (inc. washer/dryer) and modern bathroom and is located within walking distance of local shops, pubs and on the main bus route into the city centre. You would be sharing with two housemates (masters/PGCE students), who are friendly and sociable. I'm open to non student tenants, but please note that you will have to contribute to council tax.
