I have 1 fully furnished room available at this property. The rent price includes all amenities, so water, gas/electric, tv license, council tax, broadband/tv etc. The house has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher as well as a yard at the back. We also have a great TV package and 60Mb cable broadband (with wifi), each room has 2 ethernet ports.
The house has 6 bedrooms spread over 3 floors, the 1 that is available is on the first floor. Everyone currently living in the house works hard during the week so we like to have a bit of fun at the weekend. As long as you don't mind a drink and some good music on your days off you'll fit in perfectly. We like to keep the place clean and would like someone else moving in to do the same.
The room is going for £275 all inclusive, so there are no other costs to be considered at this property other than this rate.
