Hi, I have a very nice 5/6 bed house available. The house consists of the following:
* Each room is extremely large, and has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk & chair and vertical blinds on all the windows.
I split 2 of the bedrooms and charge for 1 as both are small, so there is a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe in 1 room and the other has a desk and chair.
* The bathroom is modern and has a bath with shower over
* There is space in the hall to keep a few bikes
* We have British Gas 400 cover on the boiler, elec and drains
*Common room downstairs with a TV, 3 piece leather suite, table and chairs
*Fitted kitchen with all white goods
*Very nice garden
*Excellent location - bus stop at the end of the road into the city centre and all Universities
*Excellent shopping area - ASDA, ALDI, Matalan, Iceland, Homebargains and many more
All bus stops to the city centre and to all Uni's are at the end of the road. All major shops ie ASDA, matalan etc are just a 5 min walk away. Also, Picton Sports Centre is a 5 min walk. If you would like to view this room, please call Cheryl on .
