Both rooms are full furnished to a high standard being fully carpeted and have double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. One of the rooms has fitted wardrobes (first come first served on which room is desired).
The house itself is situate on the edge of the Gower Peninsula, on a good bus route to the City Centre, close to M4, retail shopping park and also within easy commuting distance to both Singleton and Morriston Hospitals and DLVA.
I'm a single professional guy looking to let out my spare rooms. I've recently completed a total refurbishment, extension and modernisation of what was once a small double fronted cottage. There is a new white Shaker style kitchen, new bathroom with separate shower cubicle and all mod cons throughout, all to a high specification. I've also vamped up the garden which is fully decked and is south facing so gets plenty of sun. There's also ample parking space.
The main lounge would be shared and has a 42" flat screen t.v. There is central heating, Sky, Broadband internet. There's also a fax and copier if needed.
I'm looking for professional people and don't mind whether you need short or long term let but I'm can't accept pets or DSS sorry. Couples accepted but rent adjusted accordingly. I don't mind if you smoke, only stipulation is that smoke outside please.
Rent includes all bills and utilities except landline telephone.
