This is advertised as a quiet household which means that although we might go out and have friends round etc, we agree to not make excessive noise late at night, so this would suit a professional.
This is a strict non-smoking house inside so this would suit a non-passive smoker!
Couples considered, but rent would have to be renegotiated.
