I’ve got a good sized double room to rent in my apartment in Elephant & Castle/ Borough available from the 25th of November. The room is fully furnished and comes with a new double bed, a double wardrobe, drawers and a large mirror. The house is in an off road small apartment block with private entrance and intercom phone for entry. There are French doors from the living room leading out to a secluded outdoor decked area with lights and a fountain, excellent for relaxing after a hard day’s work. There is also a grassy garden on the other side of the bedroom window which is superb for BBQ’s and enjoying the sun. The house has recently been refurbished including a brand new luxury bathroom with heated towel rail and travertine tiles and there is plenty of storage space for toiletries. The large walk in shower with huge rain head is another perk to help the day wind down. There is a large living room with a vast DVD collection and has a TV, DVD, surround sound and Tiscali plus cable box allowing you to record with 8mb wireless broadband, and the on demand menu is extensive enough to keep you entertained for as long as necessary . I am awaiting lots of new furniture for the living room in December including leather sofas and an oriental glass coffee table and some Cuban furniture. There is a car park leading out from a door at the back garden and if you have a car then you will receive free parking. All bills are included in the rent: cleaner, electricity, water, broadband, phone, TV, ground rent, council tax, maintenance. There are no agency/ admin fees to pay either.
