Hey, we are currently renting a 5 bedroom house in Borough/Elephant & Castle and we have 2 double rooms available.

We are 3 guys (2 English and 1 Australian) and 1 girl (German) - all professionals aged between 25-29. We enjoy having a drink, going out and watching crap tv/films together - basically having a laugh. All very chilled.

2 of our international housemates are moving out to move back home. The available rooms have double beds, wardrobes and chest of drawers. The 1st room is available after 10th December and the other after 20th December. The house is on Marcia Road - a sought after road full of young professionals - and it is off the Tower Bridge side of the Old Kent Road. It is 20 minutes walk to London Bridge station and 15 to both Borough and Elephant & Castle tube stations. There are also about 8 buses that go from very close to our house to pretty much everywhere in London including those underground stations. The house also has a dining room, a back garden, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer as well as the internet and Sky TV including all movies and sports channels. The rent is £455 a month plus bills which are around £75 so it will be about £530 a month. The deposit is £465. It's an awesome place.

We are looking for someone who is going to be a mate, not just someone we live with. Cheers,
