This is a good size room for one person in a small house in a nice part of Leamington within walking distance of Warwick University. But I am only looking for a non-smoker! Thats someone who does not smoke!
You will be the only one living there so its ideal for a serious person who wants peace and quiet to concentrate on your studies.But I might also consider a couple at £35 pw.
All bills will be your responsibility including council tax which will be zero for a genuine student. Thats electricity, gas, water, council tax etc. The cost of electricity and gas will depend on what you use.
The rent is very low but thats for a very good reason. The house is very slowly being renovated and it is well cluttered with my things and some materials for the renovation.
For a while the accommodation will be very basic but it will get better faster if you are prepared to help me with tidying it as I work on improving it.
On street parking is available but for limited times in each place or you can get a resident's permit from the Council to park at any time.
So to sum up this is an opportunity to get somewhere cheap if you are able to put up with the current situation at first. After a few months it should be greatly improved if you are able to help.
