It's a great home and we keep it clean and tidy (we all do our share) - this is not your usual run down rental! We are looking for somone who is easy going, clean and tidy, reliable, sociable and friendly. We have had a number of professionals on work placements from abroad and are happy to consider similar applications.
We are 4 minutes drive from Leamington/Warwick town centres. The road is quiet, area safe and neighbourhood watch. The Grand Union Canal and River Avon are close by with great walks or cycling into the country. 24hour Tesco with Costa Cafe, 5 minutes walk away. Also on all main bus services at the end of our road. Warwick and Leamington train stations within walking distance.
It's a great place to live. This would suit someone friendly, reliable, easy going and down to earth, looking for a home to live in rather than a room to rent.
