I'm a very easy-going 27 yr-old professional (I work as an engineer in the local region) who works full-time during the week but enjoys making the most of the weekend. I'm definitely not a tidiness 'freak' but at the same time I do like to live in a clean flat so would expect the roommate to contribute. I'm a very conscientious individual who will respect others privacy and I'm just as comfortable with roommates who are more social.
On offer is a Doublebedroom available in a 2nd floor (the top floor) spacious flat. Please note there is NO lift to the 2nd floor, so this flat would be unsuitable for those with mobility concerns.
The flat features off-road parking (available to the roommate), with excellent commute options for all professionals working in Warwick, Leamington, Coventry, Stratford and the surrounding area.

Leamington centre - 5min drive or 15min bus (stop 50m from flat)

All bills are included and cover Electricity, Water, Council Tax and unlimited Broadband. Heating is through storage heaters so there is no gas.
All bedroom furnishings are also included (bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside lamp). The flat comes fully equipped with cutlery, utensils, kettle, iron etc, as well as all the equipment you would expect too; dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and electric shower with bath.
The flat has high-quality double glazing, so is both warm and quiet. The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area and has a corner shop within 50m or 10min walk to Sainsbury's.
Flat has free offroad parking (available to the roommate) and unlimited broadband. The flat also features a South Westerly facing roof terrace, ideal for breakfast outdoors in warmer weather! There is also a loft and a study room for additional storage space if required.
