All our tenants work and tend to be really nice people. House & rooms come fully furnished so all you need to bring is bed linen. Sorry but we arnt set up to cater for DHSS payments.
We dont take deposits but require an admin fee instead, which works out a lot cheaper at 1/2 the cost. Our "moving costs" are amongst the lowest.
