I have a large lovely friendly five star executive house in Warndon Villages ,Worcester for young professionals, (I do not live there myself). This is a mixed sex house with young friendly professionals most of them have moved to the area it is a friendly house to live in. I have a lovely double room £400.00 per month. I also have a huge en suite room which is available now at £500.00 per month!
The house is newly decorated modern and contemporary. There are new carpets and furniture, which is gorgeous, chocolate brown leather sofas, beech dining furniture, new bath and shower room. The house has clean carpets and the house is set up to Worcester City safety standards. All bills are included, as is Sky TV and there is TV point into every bedroom and wireless broadband.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer all new and new fridge freezers. The beds are clean, comfortable and hotel quality .
There is a shared bathroom another shower room and separate downstairs cloakroom plus most of the rooms available in the house have a basin for privacy.
There is also a weekly cleaner for the house and a gardener
