Preferred room and flatmate description

I have a double room available for rent in a large modern detached house with parking available. Room includes fitted furniture.

Currently I live in the house with my ex who is moving out in a couple of months, things are very amicable so don't worry about any aggrevation. House has 4 bedrooms and a seperate 4 piece bathroom which you will have pretty much exclusive use of, with the exception of me using the bath on the odd occasion. Large kitchen with all the mod cons including a built in coffee machine brewing starbucks coffee!!

Has gardens front and back, not that they are used much. House is in a very quiet neighbourhood with easy access to M6, M61.M65. Very close to the walking/bicycle paths in Avenham park, great for keep fit fanatics and 5 minutes from a Virgin gym. I am a bit of a housework freak so the house is always very tidy but would appreciate someone who is prepared to help out a little. Not really interested in someone who will hide away in their room everyday.

I work in Liverpool so I am out of the house for most of the day and am a bit of a homebird at the weekends. I am a fairly easy going and considerate person. If you're interested let me know and we can arrange to meet up.
