Living space included with large open fire,french windows(for any smokers)TV with freeview,,CD player all in room plus spare tv to be used in bedroom if required. Dining area with 4seater(can be 6)brand new trendy table leading off kitchen and living room. A very comfortable home fully double glazed It is very comfortable and well decorated unusual for a houseshare as it was my home for 9yrs before a recent move abroad. 4min walk from northern line train station(7 mins to city ctr 10mins to Ormskirk). Bus routes within 5-7 min walk to bus stops to most destinations Local shops 3 min walk(great choice of local shops everything you could need!)
