There's a double bed already in the room, Wi-Fi is included as are all utility bills, apart from the phone line.
There's room for 1 car, either on the drive or there's plenty in the street which is very quiet due to its location.
The bathroom will be shared, but as I have my own en-suite sink & shower and start work quite early this shouldn't be much of an issue.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, although it's fine in the conservatory or outside.
There's a regular bus service (bus stop is 3 minutes walk away) that runs between Southport and Preston (train & bus stations), all the shops you'll need are in the village and there's a wider choice less than 2 miles away in Longton.
