The house is situated in a very quiet and beautiful area of New Brighton, a stone's throw from the promenade and beach, and right next to Vale Park. There are two large living rooms, a downstairs toilet, a large diningroom\ kitchen leading out to a secluded high-wall garden.
The bedroom's are both double's although one is much larger than the other.
10 minutes from Liverpool City Centre, 5 minutes from the M53
There are currently four people living here; myself and my Flatmate's Kate, Liz and Carine We are all working professionals.
