Car Parking is close,you can park a vehicle close to the house outside on the street or there is a car park directly behind the house.
Ammenities are very close by,the Beach is 3 mins walk,Public Transport within walking distance,both Trains and Buses;Shops,Pubs,Wine Bars 4 minutes walk.
Also the Promenade is 3 Mins walk away and this holds the general shops and ammenities.
There is a Theatre and Ten Pin Bowling Alley on the Front along the Promenade.
