Four rooms/suites of rooms to let in timber framed listed property built in 1640. I have a swimming pool (spring/summer), sauna building by pool, bathroom with heated floor and large jaccuzzi bath/ shower, and about 3/4 acre of garden with a 20x20ft thatched pagoda with small amount of gym equipment. Plenty of space and peace and quiet. Oil fired central heating throughout. All facilities shared and all bills paid.. There's one small but cute room with beams to ceilings and walls and nice view, which is a single bed (could fit double just), for £250 a month. Also, a 'mini-apartment' double room at £450 This is a suite of three rooms, including double bedroom, large lounge and extremely comfy large sofa with large inglenook open fireplace, one further room off the lounge. There is also a separate toilet and wash basin off a small corridoor between bedroom and lounge. Own door access to outside, and also access through to the main house. Woodburner in main lounge, which I keep stocked with wood for free. There are also two further double rooms becoming available shortly, one of which is in a building next to the swimming pool, and the other in the main house with oak beams throughout. Each of these rooms are £300 a month. I have basic Sky HD+ and wifi broadband everywhere in the property (including garden), which you can use free. All electricity and heating oil/ central heating is included in the rent (as long as you don't leave a 3kw heater on 24/7!). AGA cooker in large kitchen is on permanently. I work from home running a business in gifts for magazine publishers, but spend perhaps half of the week in Cardiff.
